Ingredients:
50g Butter
4 leek (thickly sliced and washed)
1 large Savoy cabbage (shredded)
200ml Dry cider
4 leek (thickly sliced and washed)
1 large Savoy cabbage (shredded)
200ml Dry cider
Serves: 8
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a large pan.
Add the Leeks and cook for 5 minutes - stir to break them up - until they soften.
Add the Cabbage and stir, pour over the Cider.
Turn the heat up and let the Cabbage wilt for a couple minutes.
Season to taste.
Serve.
