Those small mistakes #1

So the crumble cooked and I've found out something quite important about the sort of over proof dish you want to use when making crumble.
You want to go for one that is quite deep, because otherwise the crumble won't cover the top and it won't turn out quite excellent, as my one did, although it still tasted good and it was only that you get less fruit in each serving.
Although I could have done with keeping it in there longer, but what the hell? You live and you learn right?
